I thought that inside this Fall Crocus would be a perfect place to weather out a rainstorm.
The only flaw in my plan seems to be how to get back out...
Woohoo! Got this leg out!
Help! I can't get my big bee butt out of this thing!
Maybe the sun will come out soon and open this flower up?
Sigh.
How do I get myself into these situations?
Get back out there with a sun lamp... :)
ReplyDeleteHaha, maybe that would help!
DeleteAn unbeelieveably bad day for sure! Very sweet.
ReplyDeleteHa! Thanks :)
DeleteLOL, this is great. :) Beautiful images, too!
ReplyDeleteThanks! The bee wasn't going anywhere, so I enjoyed getting in some photos before it started raining more.
DeleteLook at him, all covered with pollen! The bees are obviously slowing down with the colder weather. Thanks for the fun closeups! -Beth
ReplyDeleteI see tons of bees hanging out on the flowers that are left, but definitely moving quite slowly with the cold. I loved this bee with pollen all over him. Hopefully he made it out at some point!
DeleteIndie,
ReplyDeleteI'm delighted with your photos.
They are excellent. Bee wonderful.
Have a nice weekend.
Greetings from Poland.

Thanks! And I hope you have a bee-autiful weekend!
DeleteWow, wonderful photography. And so funny :-))
ReplyDeleteI was wondering what in the world that bee was doing, so I thought I'd make up a story to go with it. Glad you enjoyed!
DeleteHa,ha, ha, I love it! Great photos
ReplyDeleteThanks Rose! :)
DeleteOh, my! What a cute post! I have to ask: After you took all the pictures, did you help open the flower so he could escape?
ReplyDeleteNo, it started raining harder right after I took the photos, so I thought he might be more sheltered in there. When I came back out he was gone, so hopefully he was able to go on his merry way!
DeleteLove the gentle humor of this post.
ReplyDeleteThis was fabulous!
